The Minority Rights Group (MRG) is offering Emergency Security Grants to support activists working within or outside Egypt who represent religious, ethnic, or gender minorities, including the LGBTQIA+ community.Digital or physical threats, legal crackdowns, harassment, and other forms of security concern are the intended targets of these funds.

Human rights advocates in Egypt who are fighting for freedom despite threats to their safety can get the money they need quickly through the Emergency Security Grants program. To make sure that activists can keep working safely in the face of persecution, these awards help lessen the impact of things like security breaches, legal threats, cyberattacks, and so on.
