- Stipend: Rs. 1,35,000/- per month (including HRA).
- Research Grant: Rs. 7 lakh per year.
- Overhead Costs: Rs. 60,000/- per year.
- Duration: 5 years (non-extendable).
Application Process
📝 Application Process:
- Choose Institution: Candidates must choose a host institution in India willing to support their research.
- Nomination: Institutions should forward nominations to SERB.
- Selection: A special committee periodically selects fellows.
- Submission: Nominations are accepted throughout the year, only through the head or an authorized person of the organization/university/institute.
Project Proposal Submission: Follow the guidelines and submit online through http://www.serbonline.in.
